It’s hard to believe that it has only been a year since Riche Talent first launched. So much has happened in such a short period that it would be impossible to capture every moment in a single article. This was never about short-term wins; it was about building a foundation with intention. As we reflect on our first chapter, we want to share the key milestones that have shaped our story.
The Spark of Inspiration
We began not with a roster, but with a belief. At Miami Music Week, we arrived without a single artist under our management, but we left with something far more valuable: clarity, connections, and a sense of purpose. That trip was a pivotal moment, solidifying our vision for a new kind of agency, one focused on careers, not just moments, and on legacy, not noise.
Building the Family: Talent is Sacred
Riche Talent was founded on the belief that every artist carries a unique voice, vision, and story. Our role is not to reshape that, but to protect it. This year, we had the honor of welcoming four incredible artists into our family:
Each of them brings a distinct identity and energy, and together, they form the foundation of the Riche Talent brand. We don’t see them as a roster; we see them as a family. We win together, or not at all.
Culture Over Clout: A Year of Presence
We believe in doing things that mean something. This year wasn’t about chasing clout; it was about being present in the culture with intention and respect. We were on the ground at some of the most important events in the electronic music world, both behind the scenes and on the main stage.
Behind the Scenes: Hospitality and Trust
This year, we were entrusted with handling artist hospitality for major events and legendary artists. We were behind the scenes at Sunsation Festival, working closely with major artists and their teams. We also had the honor of helping with hospitality for the iconic Bob Sinclar for his set at Stereo. Terrasse Open was another big highlight in that category too. These experiences were about more than just logistics; they were about earning trust, leading with empathy, and showing up when it matters.
Our Artists on Center Stage
Seeing our artists perform at iconic venues was a powerful affirmation of our mission. This year, the Riche Talent family was represented at an incredible number of events, including:
- NCG
- FEQ
- ÎleSoniq
- Piknic Électronik
- OFF Piknic
- Unity & Unity Sunset
- Festival des Montgolfières
- Carnaval de Québec
- Grand Feu de Loto-Québec
- Newspeak
- Red Room
- Stereo
- Alea
- and many more.
These weren’t just gigs; they were moments where our artists could step into who they already are, sharing their unique sound on stages that matter.
Curating Our Own Moments
Beyond supporting our artists, we also curated our own experiences to bring our community together. Our penthouse party at the W Montreal was one for the books, and the second edition of our Sunset party was a huge success. These events are a direct extension of our belief in building culture from the ground up.
Global Connections, Local Roots
From forging international connections at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) to celebrating local milestones in our hometown, our presence was always purposeful. We’re playing the long game, and that means building real relationships, both globally and in our own backyard. Our involvement in organizing the second edition of Montreal Music Week is a testament to our commitment to the culture that grounds us.
Expanding the Vision: More Than an Agency
Our first year was also about evolving our model. As our reputation for quality and cultural understanding grew, we naturally stepped into a new role: talent buying. We now act as trusted curators for bars, festivals, and other entities, helping them book the right talent for their events.
To support this, we’ve built a dedicated booking roster, a curated selection of artists who, while not under full management, represent the quality and energy we stand for. This allows us to connect our clients with a wider range of incredible talent, ensuring every event we touch is a success.
The Power of Collaboration: The Chalet de Production
One of our proudest moments this year was our first-ever Chalet de Production. We brought all our artists and creative partners together for three days at Monsieur Chalet with no pressure and no expectations. It was a space for collaboration over competition, growth over ego. This is what we mean when we say we move as a family, creating, connecting, and staying human.
Riche Merch: A Movement of Its Own
This year also saw the launch of Riche Merch, which has become a movement in its own right. What started as a way to share our brand has evolved into a symbol of our community and shared values. The response has been incredible, and seeing our family and supporters represent the Riche identity has been one of the most rewarding parts of our journey. This is more than just merchandise; it’s a statement. New drops are already in the works for next year.
Looking Back, Building Forward
This first year was about building from the inside out, strong art, clear identity, and a grounded vision. It has been a surreal journey, and it’s only the beginning.
Thank you to every artist, partner, collaborator, and supporter who has been part of this journey. We’re not just here to make noise; we’re here to build something that lasts.
Let’s build a legacy. Together.
